• <br />02 -6 <br />Council Member <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-6 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PICNIC SHELTER FOR <br />GETHSEMANE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 7330 LAKE DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City Council for a Conditional Use Plan <br />Amendment for the construction of a picnic shelter, and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is: <br />(PIN #17- 31 -22 -33 -0050) <br />And <br />WHEREAS, Section 3, Subdivision 4.D.8.f.1 of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance states, <br />for a property zoned R -3 of one and one - quarter acres or greater, that the combination of <br />accessory buildings and garages shall not exceed two thousand twenty (2,020) square <br />feet., and <br />WHEREAS, Section 3, Subdivision 4.D.8.f.2 of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance states, <br />for a property zoned R -3 of one and one - quarter acres or greater, that the total allowable <br />accessory buildings space shall be limited to one attached garage and two detached <br />accessory structures, and <br />WHEREAS, Section 3, Subdivision 4.D.8.f.4 of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance states, <br />for a property zoned R -3 of one and one - quarter acres or greater, that accessory buildings <br />shall have no metal corrugated siding or roof, and <br />WHEREAS, Section 3, Subdivision 4.D.8.f.4 of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance states, <br />for a property zoned R -3 of one and one - quarter acres or greater, that accessory buildings <br />have roof and exterior color and material compatible with home /principle structure, and <br />WHEREAS, the formal dedication of the Stage Coach Trail right -of -way for the <br />Gethsemane United Methodist Church property, approved by City Council on May 27, <br />1997, was never legally recorded, <br />
