• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-19 <br />TEMPORARY SET UP LIQUOR LICENSE PERMIT APPROVAL AND <br />3.2 BEER ON -SALE TEMPORARY LICENSE FOR <br />ONE -DAY EVENT, CIRCLE -LEX LION'S CLUB <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting of March 11, 2002, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed a temporary set up liquor license <br />and a 3.2 beer on -sale temporary license for a one -day event at St. Joseph's Church, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an investigation of the Circle -Lex <br />Lion's Club, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lion's Club is in compliance with City Ordinance, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lion's Club appears to take into consideration the best <br />interest of the City of Lino Lakes, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the temporary set up liquor license permit and the 3.2 beer on -sale <br />temporary license for a one -day event to be held on April 13, 2002, in the City of Lino <br />Lakes, <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
