• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-12 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />FOR THE LINO LAKES MARKET PLACE 2'D ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for Preliminary Plat approval for the <br />Lino Lakes Market Place 2nd Addition, and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning and Zoning Board on <br />February 13, 2002, and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Preliminary Plat meets the requirements of the City's zoning <br />ordinance and subdivision ordinance, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />Preliminary Plat for the Lino Lakes Market Place 2nd Addition, with the following <br />condition: <br />1. Access control along Lake Drive is extended to the southern boundary of Lot 2, <br />Block 1. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of March, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
