• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-25 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 10 (FINAL) FOR THE 21st AVENUE <br />LIFT STATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the 21St Avenue Lift Station has been completed by <br />Burschville Construction, Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Payment Number 6 (final) in the amount of $10,235.29 is approved for a total <br />contract amount of $454,901.79. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of April, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
