CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-26 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS — 2002 SEALCOAT <br />PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes wishes to contract for the sealcoating of newer streets <br />approximately two to three years after construction, and <br />WHEREAS, the City also wishes to contract for the sealcoating of all other streets approximately <br />every five to seven years, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed to <br />prepare the plans and specifications for the construction of the 2002 Sealcoat project. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of April, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
