• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02 -32 <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes has entered into an agreement with Anoka County <br />over the years to cooperatively work on Solid Waste abatement and Recycling <br />AND WHEREAS, Anoka County receives funding from the Solid Waste <br />Management Coordinating Board and the State of Minnesota in the form of "SCORE" <br />funds, <br />AND WHEREAS, The County wishes to assist Municipalities in meeting recycling <br />goals established by the Anoka County Board of Commissioners by providing SCORE <br />funds to cities in the County for solid waste recycling programs, <br />AND WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes is eligible to receive $36,470.60 for fiscal <br />• year 2002 in Score funds, the City has the authority to enter into this agreement, and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement, <br />AND WHEREAS, Anoka County Agreement No. 2001 -0378 provides for the <br />cooperative effort between Anoka County and the City of Lino Lakes, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Adopt Resolution 02 -32 and Authorize Execution of the Anoka County Agreement <br />No. 2001 -0378, Agreement For Residential Recycling Program; <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of April, 2002 <br />Ann Blair, Clerk <br />• <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />
