02 -57 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-57 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />OF PARCEL E, APOLLO BUSINESS PARK <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for minor subdivision approval for property <br />currently referred to as Parcel E, Apollo Business Park, whose legal description is: <br />(see legal description Attachment A) <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant is proposing to subdivide the 6.6 acre subject property into 4.5 and 2.1 <br />acre parcels, to be described as: <br />• (see legal descriptions Attachment B) <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the minor subdivision approval request is based on a Sketch and Description <br />prepared by Metro Land Surveying and Engineering dated 4/8/02; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting on May 8, 2002, the Planning & Zoning Board considered the <br />minor subdivision application and recommended approval subject to the conditions listed in the <br />meeting minutes; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed minor subdivision meets the requirements of the City's zoning <br />ordinance and subdivision ordinance <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves <br />the minor subdivision of Parcel E, Apollo Business Park subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Based on 3.8 acres of upland, a park dedication of $8,265 (for Parcels F and G) is <br />received prior to the City certifying the proposed minor subdivision. <br />2. Deeds conveying the easements to the City shall be submitted prior to City <br />certification of this minor subdivision resolution for recording. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of June 2002. <br />
