ItASKE
Building
Systems, Inc.
•
•
P.O. The revisions have been made per the City of Lino
Lakes Planning and Zoning meeting held on May 8, 2002. Per your request the following
changes have been made to our plans since our original submittal on April 8, 2002.
• Concrete wall panels will have a vertical raked finish instead of a smooth finish.
• The wall panels will be accented with a subtle horizontal band consisting of a
raked concrete and smooth concrete checker pattern with two horizontal reveals
above and below the band. The decorative band will break up the monotony of
the wall panel and enhance the aesthetic appearance of the building.
• Refined landscape plantings to reinforce main entrance door.
• Added decorative canopy to reinforce main entrance door.
• Added a tree to the island located in the parking lot and the island located near the
NW corner of the building in an effort to screen the visibility of our loading dock
area.
• Repositioned trees along 35 W and substituted the spruce trees with Canadian Red
Cherry Trees per the Environmental Boards Request.
• Added a dumpster enclosure along the west side of the building. The north and
south walls of the trash enclosure will be constructed out of the same concrete
wall panel as the building.
Raske Building Systems would like to thank the City of Lino Lakes for your time and
consideration throughout the permitting process. If you have any questions or concerns
please contact us at your earliest convenience.
Design / Build Contractors
