• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-66 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING PUBLIC HEARING - <br />21 ST AVENUE STREET AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March 12, 2001, a report <br />has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of 21s <br />Avenue and Northern Lights Boulevard by constructing roadway and storm sewer, and <br />this revised report was received by the City Council on June 24, 2002, and, <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost - effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such sanitary sewer in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 22nd day of July, 2002, <br />in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed <br />and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 24th day of June, 2002. <br />Ann J.
