• <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-69 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY TO <br />APPLY FOR ANNUAL DNR OAK WILT GRANT <br />WHEREAS, Environmental Specialist Marty Aselson is authorized to submit an <br />application for the annual DNR oak wilt grant on behalf of The City of Lino Lakes, and <br />WHEREAS, this application must be completed in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, <br />and submitted in accordance with the instruction provided by the Department of Natural <br />Resources, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes pledges to act to appropriate and expend funds in an <br />amount sufficient to match any grant awarded as a result of this application and in a <br />timely manner to implement the program as set forth in the application <br />• NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes authorizes and pledges support for the DNR oak wilt grant application. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of June, 2002. <br />John J.
