• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-64 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RASKE BUILDING SYSTEMS <br />SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the Site and Building Plan Review for Raske Building Systems was <br />approved with Resolution No. 02 -58 by the City Council on June 10, 2002, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance and conditions of Site and Building Plan <br />approval provide for the execution of a performance agreement to insure satisfactory <br />completion of the improvements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement with Raske Building Systems and authorizes <br />the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of June, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />• <br />John J.
