Call to Order and Roll Call <br />Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />2. Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items <br />The agenda was adopted as presented. <br />3. Strategic Plan Review <br />The City Administrator reported that on March 2, 2026, the City Council received the results of <br />the 2025 Polco National Community Survey. It is requested that the City Council review the <br />results of the survey against the adopted Strategic Plan. <br />Facilitator Phil Kern led the discussion and update of the Strategic Plan including: <br />• Review of the Strategic Plan and Community Survey <br />• Prioritization Exercise <br />• Action Plan <br />4.
