1 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02 -72 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF SURFACE WATER <br />MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City is required to prepare a Surface Water Management Plan that <br />must meet the requirements for local plans in Minnesota Statues, Section 103B.235; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Engineer, TKDA, has submitted a proposal to perform such <br />services; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the City's Engineer, TKDA, is hereby authorized to prepare a City -Wide Surface <br />Water Management Plan. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of July, 2002. <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
