• <br />• <br />• <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-81 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, David Nathe, Riverside Farms and owner of the 49 Club has applied for a <br />peddler's license; <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Nathe has employeed Janelle Lee Hoban to sell his farm produce; <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Nathe and Janelle Lee Hoban have complied with all of the provisions <br />as required by Ordinance 01 -89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary <br />license for a profit business; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and virtue thereof, <br />Dave Nathe, Riverside Farms, is hereby authorized to sell farm produce from the <br />roadside corner of his establishment, the 49 Club, in the City of Lino Lakes for a period <br />of six (6) months beginning July 23rd, 2002 subject to all conditions and provisions of <br />said ordinance. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd of July, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
