• <br />• <br />• <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-76 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A POLICY FOR TRANSITIONAL WORK <br />ASSIGNMENTS <br />WHEREAS, employees occasionally have physical disabilities that prevent them from <br />performing all the duties of their regular jobs, and <br />WHEREAS, it may benefit both the employer and employee to temporarily assign a <br />disabled employee to different or modified duties <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes adopts the attached policy on Transitional Work Assignments and directs the <br />policy to be included in the Personnel Policies, effective July 22, 2002. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of July, 2002. <br />John J.
