• <br />• <br />• <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02 -93 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY TO <br />ACCEPT THE 2002 DNR OAK WILT GRANT <br />WHEREAS, The City Council, on June 24, 2002 authorized the submittal of a DNR <br />Oakwilt grant application; and <br />WHEREAS, The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has approved the Grant <br />Application and authorized a matching grant in the amount of $5,947.00; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby accepts the grant and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the <br />grant on behalf of the City. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of August 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
