AGENDA ITEM 7G <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Michael Grochala <br />DATE: 8/26/02 <br />TOPIC: Consideration of Resolution No. 02 -98 closing the <br />Civic Complex Construction Fund <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple majority <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Civic Complex Construction Fund has a balance of $85,456 and there is no <br />activity anticipated within the fund. Staff is recommending the fund be closed and <br />the balance be transferred to the Capital Improvements Projects Fund. <br />OPTIONS: <br />• 1. Adopt Resolution No. 02 -98 closing the Civic Complex Construction Fund <br />and transferring the balance to the Capital Improvements Projects Fund <br />2. Do not adopt the resolution. <br />3. Return to staff for further consideration. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option 1 <br />• <br />
