Hartley
City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota
Date: July 3, 2002 Commission No. 12475 -002
The following documents, submitted to the City of Lino Lakes, were used to review the
Stoneybrook site plan:
TKDA Drainage Review memo dated April 9, 2002
Pioneer Engineering response letter dated May 29, 2002
Plan Set dated January 14, 2002, and revised May 30, 2002
HydroCAD Model dated March 6, 2002
After reviewing the above documents, I have the following comments. New comments are
shown in bold:
1. Final construction plans will need to be designed to City Standards. City Standard
Details for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and waterntain will need to be shown in the
plans.
Response letter stated final construction plans will meet City Standards.
2. The detail for the outlet control structure calls for a treated lumber weir. The weir
will need to be concrete.
The detail for the weir now shows the weir as concrete.
An Equal Opportunity Employer
