• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-29 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CLEARWATER CREEK 5TH ADDITION <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, The City Council approved the preliminary plat of Clearwater Creek 31d <br />Addition on March 22, 1999, and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer, Gor -Em, LLC is requesting approval to commence <br />construction of the final phase of such development to be known as Clearwater Creek 5th <br />Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the <br />execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes <br />to insure satisfactory completion of public improvements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves <br />the Development Agreement with Gor -Em, LLC for Clearwater Creek 5th Addition and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of August, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
