Will not result in the destruction, loss, or damage of a natural, scenic or <br />historic feature of major importance. <br />Comment: The applicant is currently working with the RCWD and City Engineer <br />to satisfy drainage related issues. <br />9. Will conform to specific standards of this ordinance applicable to the particular <br />use. <br />Comment: The proposed use will as a condition of approval meet the applicable <br />requirements of the Ordinance. <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />The Planning & Zoning Board reviewed the Preliminary Plat, Site and Building Plan and <br />Conditional Use Permit for an accessory drive - through at its August 14, 2002 regular meeting. <br />The board recommended approval of all three requests with the conditions outlined in the staff <br />recommendation. <br />OPTIONS. <br />A. Preliminary Plat <br />1. Approve the preliminary plat request based on the findings in Resolution 02 -111 and <br />subject to the conditions in the resolution. <br />2. Deny the preliminary plat request. <br />3. Table the request and request more information <br />B. Site and Building Plan <br />1. Approve the site and building plan request based on the findings in Resolution 02- <br />112 and subject to the conditions in the resolution. <br />
