Studenski, City Engineer g <br />RE: JADT Addition <br />A review of the submitted documents has been performed. The submittal included a <br />six -page plan set dated July 15, 2002, and drainage documents dated July 15, 2002, <br />July 31, 2002, which were received on August 5, 2002. The following comments must <br />be addressed prior to final approval given for the project: <br />Preliminary Plat: <br />The plat meets the City requirements and will be reviewed upon completion of the <br />storm sewer design. <br />Watermain: <br />No gatevalves are shown. <br />Watermain lines must be Class 52 ductile iron pipes. <br />The 6000 sf service retail building doesn't a hydrant. <br />Adequate water system supply must be confirmed. <br />The submittal meets all remaining design standards required by Lino Lakes. Upon <br />receiving the final plans and specifications for the project, the specific details of <br />materials, construction standards, and testing requirements will be reviewed. <br />Sanitary Sewer: <br />Sanitary sewer grades should be lowered servicing east buildings. <br />Sanitary sewer grade can't change slopes without a manhole for the east retail <br />building. <br />Sanitary sewer crossings of the watermain are to have a minimum of 18 inches of <br />vertical separation. <br />The submittal meets all remaining design standards required by Lino Lakes.
