Substitute green parking for some of the lots by the retaining wall and the wetland mitigation area. • Change the island parking lot areas to depressional infiltration areas if possible, similar to the Target/Kohls site. • Provide a one - for -one tree replacement for significant trees removed from the site. • Preserve as much as possible the oaks in front of the "V" shaped building, and plant shade trees in front of this building for trees removed. Provide a pervious type of surface in front of this building. • Eliminate driveway on the East side. • Use the same lighting that is on Apollo Drive side of Target. That is, downward focused, low - spill, low- impact, low- intensity lighting. • Fill in street trees along Apollo Drive at 50 Foot spacing with alternating red and white oaks instead of Lindens. • Substitute White spruce for Colorado Spruce along Freeway. • Substitute Austrian Pine for Scotch pine along the Freeway. • Move tree species to above 100 -year flood elevation around the pond on the East side. Plant oaks and or Tamarack in this area.
