• ordinance and moved its adoption. <br />Council Member introduced the following <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-127 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARD CONTRACT OF TRI -PLEX <br />PANEL FOR LIFT STATION NO. 4 <br />WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the construction and installation of a new Tri-Plex <br />Panel for Lift Station No. 4 and; <br />WHEREAS, the City accepted three sealed bids and publicly opened them on September 12, <br />2002 and; <br />WHEREAS, the lowest bid was received by SyCom, Inc. in the amount of $22,189 and; <br />WHEREAS, the substantial completion date for the project is December 15, 2002. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, that <br />the lowest bid be accepted and awarded to SyCom, Inc. in the amount of $22,189. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd Day of September, 2002. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Ann Blaire, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />The following against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />sw /rick/resolution 02- 127.doc <br />
