Brausen <br />ACTION REQUIRED: 4/5 vote <br />BACKGROUND <br />Ordinance No. 09 -02 was approved on the first reading before the City Council on <br />September 23, 2002. It is now before the Council for the second reading. <br />Theodore Brausen is applying for the Vacation of a drainage and utility easement on his <br />property. Mr. Brausen, who lives at 6763 Timberwolf Trail, has purchased the adjacent <br />lot to the south of his home, and has combined the two lots into one tax parcel with a <br />single PIN. He would now like to vacate the drainage and utility easements which exist <br />on either side of the line between the two original lots. Mr. Brausen has constructed a <br />pool and, although the pool is not itself sited on the easements, other pool utility areas <br />will be. <br />This review is based on the following attached exhibits: <br />1.)
