• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02 -142 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATIONS FROM THE <br />LEXINGTON FIREMAN'S RELIEF ASSOCIATION <br />WHEREAS, the Lexington Fireman's Relief Association supports the Lino Lakes Parks and <br />Recreation Department and, <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Parks and Recreation Department is administering the football <br />program; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lexington Fireman's Relief Association has expressed their desire to assist the <br />city in providing equipment to the teams in this program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Council accepts the $400 donation from the Lexington Fireman's Relief Association to help <br />purchase team equipment for the Lino Lakes Park and Recreation Department Football Program. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of October, 2002. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
