Notices to the City shall be in writing and shall be either by hand delivered <br />to the City Clerk, or mailed by certified or registered mail, in care of the <br />City Clerk at the following address: <br />Lino Lakes City Hall <br />600 Town Center Parkway <br />Lino Lakes MN 55014 -1182 <br />C. Final Plat Approval <br />1. The City agrees to give final approval to the plat of the Development <br />Property upon execution and delivery of this agreement and submittal of all <br />required documents and security referred to under this agreement. <br />D. Third parties shall have no recourse against the City under this Contract. <br />E. The Developer may not assign this Contract without the written permission of the <br />City Council, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. <br />F. Upon completion, to the reasonable satisfaction of the City, of Developer's <br />obligations described herein, the City will issue a Certificate of Completion <br />indicating that such obligations are satisfied and this Agreement shall be <br />terminated as of the date thereof. <br />17. PARK DEDICATION <br />A. Cash park dedication for the Developer shall be as specified in Section 1001.14 <br />Property Dedication in the City Code and shown on Exhibit D. <br />B. Should the recording of the Final Plat occur after July 1, any and all property taxes <br />on any public property dedicated as a part of this plat shall be the responsibility of <br />the developer.
