At this time, I am requesting a <br />Study to determine the design and cost of this installation. I understand that a final determination <br />to begin construction would depend on the results of the Study, the number of homes that agree <br />to be served, and other factors. <br />DESCRIPTION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY: <br />The area to be served is the length of Thomas Street from Fourth Avenue, west, to the county <br />ditch.
