• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02 -164 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT WATER AND <br />SEWER UTILITY CHARGES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 2002 PROPERTY TAXES <br />PAYABLE IN 2003 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Section 401.29 and Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the City <br />Clerk has prepared a list of properties having delinquent water and sewer <br />charges to be certified to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with the <br />2002 property taxes, payable in 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing relative to the certification of such <br />delinquent water and sewer charges, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of such public hearing was mailed to affected property owners. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to certify the delinquent water and sewer charges <br />as indicated on the attached listing to the Anoka County Auditor to be collected with the <br />2002 property taxes, payable in 2003. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota this 28th day of October, 2002. <br />Ann J.
