• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02 -154 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS — ELM STREET RECONSTRUCTION OF STREET AND STORM <br />SEWER PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted May 14, 2001, a study has <br />been prepared by the City Engineer, with reference to the improvement of Elm Street <br />Reconstruction by constructing Street, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and watermain <br />extensions, and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost - effective, and feasible, <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota States, Chapter 429, and Chapter 8 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is <br />directed to prepare plans and specifications for the Elm Street Reconstruction of <br />street and storm sewer improvements. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of October, 2002. <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
