• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-169 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />JADT ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for JADT Addition was approved with Resolution No. <br />02 -111 by the City Council on September 9, 2002, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for JADT Addition received by the City on November 19, <br />2002 complies with the City requirements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for JADT Addition. <br />• Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of November, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Arm Blair, City Clerk <br />• <br />John J.
