CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02 -171 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1 AND PAYMENT REQUEST #5 — LAKE <br />DRIVE/APOLLO DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the project has been substantially completed, <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor has performed the additional work as required by Anoka County <br />and Rice Creek Watershed District; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Change Order No. 1 and Pay Request #5 in the amount of $73,030.06 is approved for <br />the Lake Drive /Apollo Drive improvements project. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of November 2002. <br />John J.
