An <br />electronic copy of the plans shall also be submitted in an AutoCad DWG <br />format. <br />F. Traffic Signals. The developer agrees to participate financially towards <br />the installation of either temporary or permanent traffic control devices <br />(signals) at the intersection of CSAH 10 (Birch Street) and CSAH 49 <br />(Hodgson Road). The Developers financial participation of the cost of <br />such traffic control devices shall be $75,000. The Developer agrees to <br />make such payment to the city immediately prior to the City entering into <br />a contract to install such traffic control devices. <br />The Developer further agrees to post a security in the amount of one <br />hundred and twenty -five percent of such participation in the form setforth <br />in Section V. <br />G. Cost Estimates. The Developer shall provide the City with a written <br />estimate of all applicable costs of the Off -Site Work, itemized by type; the <br />estimates shall be based upon the actual estimates provided by the <br />contractors who are to do the Work. Said cost estimates shall be reviewed <br />by the City, and the City shall establish the actual amount of the financial <br />guarantee. The Description of and estimated Costs of Developer's Off - <br />Site Work is as follows: <br />Description of Improvements Estimated Costs <br />CSAH 10 Eastbound and Westbound Left and <br />Right Turn Lanes $25,000.00 <br />2. Ware Road Extension Improvements, and <br />southbound Ware Road right turn lane. $80,000.00 <br />3. Southbound CSAH 49 left turn lane and <br />northbound CSAH 49 right turn lane $50,000.00 <br />4. CSAH 49 /CSAH 10 intersection temporary signals <br />(50% Cost Participation) $75,000.00 <br />Total Estimated Cost of Developer Off -Site Work $230,000.00 <br />Security Requirement (Total * 125 %) $287,500.00 <br />IV. COMPLETION DATE. <br />The activities authorized by site and building plan approval shall be initiated within <br />six (6) months.
