The City of Lino Lakes will be responsible for the following: <br />1 Reimburse the owner of Outlot C $750 for the installation of the culverts. <br />2. Pay for the aggregate that will be installed by the owner of Outlot C. <br />3. Commit to asphalt the trail when funds become available. <br />4. Continue this trail to connect with the existing Regional Park Reserve Trail System <br />when funds become available. <br />The estimated cost to complete the trail project, including material cost for the <br />aggregate, installation of the bituminous, and extending the trail to the Regional Park <br />Reserve. Trail System is $35,000. <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 02 -178 directing the City Attorney to execute <br />the quitclaim deed for a twenty foot wide trail easement on Outlot C, Pheasant Hills 11 to <br />Addition. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. _ Approve Resolution 02 -178. <br />Do not approve Resolution 02 -178. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option 1 <br />12/11/02 <br />RD/Trails /greensheet PH quitclaim <br />
