CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 -190 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND PAYMENT REQUEST NO.1 FOR <br />THE TWILIGHT ACRES SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the project has been substantially completed, <br />AND WHEREAS, Volk Sewer and Water, Inc. has provided costs for the change in the work <br />scope required by the well variances and the Minnesota Department of Health; <br />I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Change Order No.1 and Pay Request No. 1 in the amount of $90,123.03 is approved for the <br />Twilight Acres Sanitary Sewer Improvements project. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 16th day of December, 2002. <br />John J.
