• <br />• <br />• <br />SUMMARY <br />1 recommend the compensatory floodplain storage volume calculations be redone to provide in- <br />place storage volumes between the pond's run -out elevation of 911.5± and Otter Lake's HWL of <br />912.9. The pond run -out elevation should also be verified and documented as part of the storage <br />calculations. <br />Additional survey points should be collected to adequately show the drainage swale centerline <br />elevations and surrounding topography extending from the Melton pond across the Schwartz <br />property line. <br />This data should subsequently be resubmitted to the RCWD for review. <br />Please distribute this memorandum to all interested parties.
