• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00 - 07 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO PURCHASE PROPERTY FOR <br />UTILITY AND DRAINAGE PURPOSES FROM INDUSTRIAL EQUITIES LLP <br />WHEREAS, property is required for utility and drainage purposes to allow for the <br />completion of the Otter Lake Road Realignment Project: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. To approve the purchase of property for utility and drainage purposes <br />from Industrial Equities LLP in the amount of $470,296.25. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of January, 2000. <br />John J.
