Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />• <br />moved its adoption: <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00- 05 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 6 (FINAL) AND CHANGE <br />ORDERS NO. 1 AND 2 FOR THE LILAC STREET TRUNK UTILITIES <br />PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Lilac Street Trunk Utilities Project has been <br />completed by S.R. Weidema, Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Payment number 6 (final) in the amount of $11,453.75 is approved for a total <br />contract amount of $249,733.46. <br />2. Change Orders No. 1 and 2 for $14,096.00 and $2,868.76 respectively, are <br />approved. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of January, 2000. <br />John J.
