• <br />Council Member introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 22 -99 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE 77TH STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATED AS <br />PART OF THE CAROLE'S ESTATES PLAT AND SELLING THE CITY'S PORTION TO <br />THE PROPERTIES LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 77TH STREET. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. That it is in the best interest of the City and the property owners of Lots 4, 5, <br />6, 7, and 8, Block 1 and Lot 8, Block 2, Carole's Estates, to vacate the 30 foot wide <br />right -of -way platted adjacent to, and south of, said properties. <br />Section 2. The property as shown on the attached drawing may be sold to each <br />adjacent property owner for a sum not to exceed $1.00 per property owner. <br />Section 3. That the City of Lino Lakes held a Public Hearing before the City Council on <br />December 13, 1999 and January 10, 2000. <br />Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days <br />following its passage and publication, in accordance with the City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of January, 2000. <br />John J.
