• Council Member introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: ORDINANCE NO. 22 -99 CITY OF LINO LAKES ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE 77TH STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATED AS PART OF THE CAROLE'S ESTATES PLAT AND SELLING THE CITY'S PORTION TO THE PROPERTIES LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 77TH STREET. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section 1. That it is in the best interest of the City and the property owners of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 1 and Lot 8, Block 2, Carole's Estates, to vacate the 30 foot wide right -of -way platted adjacent to, and south of, said properties. Section 2. The property as shown on the attached drawing may be sold to each adjacent property owner for a sum not to exceed $1.00 per property owner. Section 3. That the City of Lino Lakes held a Public Hearing before the City Council on December 13, 1999 and January 10, 2000. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its passage and publication, in accordance with the City Charter. Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of January, 2000. John J.
