1. The City Adopt Ordinance No.01 -2000 adding Temporary Concrete Batch <br />Plant as an Interim Use to the Limited Business Zoning District. <br />2. The Batch Plant shall be located as far west as possible to avoid negative <br />impact on the wetlands at the eastern edge of the Tagg property. <br />3. Hours of operation shall not be subject to the restrictions of Ordinance No. 04- <br />96 due to the nature of this project. <br />4. Should access to the freeway occur directly from the Tagg property, location <br />and site grading shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. <br />5. The use shall terminate upon completion of the project and the site shall be <br />returned to its pre - construction state. Shafer Contracting shall provide <br />communication to the City stipulating this completion date along with a bond <br />or letter of credit in an amount determined by the City Engineer to guarantee <br />site restoration. <br />6. An erosion control plan shall be submitted and approved by the City prior to <br />site disturbance. <br />7. A minimum cash escrow of $1,000 shall be maintained to cover staff time for <br />periodic site inspection. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 01 -2000, Text Amendment to add Temporary <br />Concrete Batch Plant as an Interim Use to the Limited Business Zoning District. <br />2. Approve Interim Use Permit for Temporary Concrete Batch Plant. <br />3. Return to staff for further discussion. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option 1 (4/4 Vote) <br />Option 2 (3/4 Vote) <br />
