The offices of <br />president, vice president and treasurer must be held by EDA members. <br />In 1999 the officers were as follows: <br />President: Mayor Kim Sullivan <br />Vice President: Councilmember Caroline Dahl <br />Treasurer: Councilmember Andy Neal <br />Secretary: Mary Divine <br />Assistant Treasurer: Finance Director <br />Executive Director: City Administrator Linda Waite Smith <br />Staff suggests the following appointments: <br />President: Mayor John Bergeson <br />Vice President: Councilmember Caroline Dahl <br />Treasurer: Council discretion <br />Secretary: Mary Divine <br />Assistant Treasurer: Ry -chel Gaustad <br />Executive Director: Linda Waite Smith <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.
