ATTACHMENT A <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 04-26 <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />Section 1: Findings <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate a portion of the drainage and utility <br />easement dedicated over, under, and across 6030 Blanchard Blvd, Lot 2, Block 2, & Outlot C, <br />Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Addition; and <br />A public hearing was held on May 11, 2026 before the City Council in the City Hall Council <br />Chambers after due published and posted notice had been given and a reasonable attempts <br />were made to give personal notice to all affected property owners, and all persons interested <br />were given an opportunity to be heard; and <br />Section 3: Effect <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter and upon recording of the Drainage and Utility Easement <br />Vacation. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on May 26, 2026. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
