Review of Lot 3, Bik 1 Reshanau Shores <br />The Environmental Board recommended approval of the variance for house set -back from the <br />OHW; That staff review the septic system; That the provisions of the shore impact zone conceming <br />the preservation of native vegetation in the shore impact zone be addressed and includes a <br />recognition that a 40 foot strip of vegetation from the ordinary high water level be preserved with <br />native vegetation. <br />Motion By J.P.
