This will be the second reading. <br />This ordinance approves amendments to the Highland Meadows PDO and the rezoning of <br />less than one acre of land from R -1 to R -3. Though this will expand the existing R -3 <br />area, it will not increase the number of townhome units. It will reduce impacts to existing <br />wetlands by moving a fourplex building. <br />• <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve the second reading of Ordinance No. 03 -2000. <br />2.
