Shiloh Church shall enter into a facility use agreement with the Lino Lakes Seniors <br />subject to the Seniors' lease with the City. <br />2. Adequate parking must continue to be available. Parking shall be reviewed <br />annually by City Staff to assure adequate capacity for continued use of the facility <br />by the Church. If parking becomes inadequate due to growth in Church <br />membership, the City may require the Church to relocate. The City shall establish <br />a reasonable amount of time for the Church to do so. <br />3. The Church will be allowed a temporary sign, to be placed no more than 24 hours <br />prior to events and removed one hour following events. The sign size and other <br />characteristics shall meet with the requirements of the City's Sign Ordinance (no <br />flashing beacons). A sign permit is required. <br />The MOTION was supported by Mr. Zych. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />This item will go before the Council Monday, March 13, 2000, 6:30 p.m. <br />C. r1.1BLIC ARIN 8, 2000), Bluebill 'Ands, <br />Pre iminarY Pia <br />Staff recommended the public hearing be continued to the March 8, 2000, Planning and <br />Zoning Board meeting as the preliminary plat design has not been finalized. <br />Mr. Corson asked if a continuance would impact the deadline for consideration. Mr. <br />Smyser stated that is not an issue since a complete application has not yet been received. <br />He updated the Board on negotiations currently underway on the road alignment. Mr. <br />Smyser advised that property owners have petitioned for the road so staff is also working <br />on that aspect and it is hoped the City can avoid a condemnation action. <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION to continue the public hearing to the March 8, 2000, <br />Planning and Zoning Board meeting, and was supported by Ms. Lane. The property is <br />considered a pre - existing non - conforming lot of record as it was platted in 1982 prior to <br />adoption of the 10 -acre minimum requior consttnict the house the 30t�foot front setback d <br />Ordinance. The applicant has agreed to <br />and 20 feet from the side setback line but a variance of 16 feet to 27 feet is requested <br />from the OHW. <br />
