CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.26-85 <br />AUTHORIZING GAMBLING PERMIT FOR THE <br />CENTENNIAL FOOTBALL BOOSTERS <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota issues lawful gambling permits and requires a <br />resolution of support from the City of Lino Lakes as a condition of the application, and <br />WHEREAS, Centennial Football Boosters are making application to offer pull -tabs <br />(paper) with dispensing device, electronic pull -tabs and electronic linked bingo at the Fiesta <br />Mexican Grill and Bar, located at 7090 21"Avenue NE, Lino Lakes, MN. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council authorizes <br />the award of a lawful gambling permit for the Centennial Football Boosters for pull -tabs (paper) <br />with dispensing device, electronic pull -tabs and electronic linked bingo at the Mexican Grill and <br />Bar, located at 7090 21 st Avenue NE, Lino Lakes, MN. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 261h day of May, 2026. <br />R b fferty, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />%PC � �e�' <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
