CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-95 <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE TO THE 4TH <br />CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT MN REPUBLICAN PARTY <br />WHEREAS, the 41h Congressional District MN Republican Party has applied for a <br />Temporary On -Sale Liquor License for summer event to be held on June 251h of this year; and <br />WHEREAS, the event site plan will be required to be in compliance with City ordinances <br />and regulations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />City Council authorizes the issuance of a Temporary On -Sale Liquor License to the 4th <br />Congressional District MN Republican Party for the event planned for June 25, 2026 at 7625 241h <br />Ave. in Lino Lakes, conditioned upon meeting all license requirements. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 261h day of May 2026. <br />ATTEST: <br />/�z C� <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC <br />City Clerk <br />.=rls.k P <br />R b jRaferty, Mayor <br />
