LINO LAKES CITY COUNCIL <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />MINUTES <br />DATE: May 11, 2026 <br />TIME STARTED: 6:30 PM <br />TIME ENDED: 7:08 PM <br />LOCATION: City Council Chambers <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Rafferty Councilmembers Lyden, Nelson, Ruhland and Rennaker <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None <br />Staff Members Present: City Administrator Karen Anderson, City Clerk Roberta Colotti, Human <br />Resources and Communications Manager Meg Sawyer, Community Development Director Mike <br />Grochala, City Planner Katie Laresen, City Engineer Diane Hankee and Chief of Police Curt <br />Boehme. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Rafferty at 6:30 PM. <br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />None <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Mayor Rafferty opened the public comment period at 6:33 p.m. <br />Jeff Johnson, 6965 Sunrise Drive, Lino Lakes, announced that the Music in the Park program he is <br />organizing kicks off on May 19, 2026. He stated that they will be setting up a trailer. They will <br />direct the music away from the neighboring properties.
