Final utility plans shall be submitted for review by and obtain the approval of the <br />Lino Lakes City Engineer. <br />The MOTION was supported by Mr. Zych. Motion carried 6 -0. This item will go before <br />the City Council on February 28, 2000. <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Town Center Update: Rezoning and Special Meetings <br />Staff advised that meetings have been held to address the Town Center and the zoning <br />standards are being prepared. The Planning & Zoning Board has held three meetings to <br />address the design standards and will meet again on February 17, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. Mr. <br />Smyser requested the Board schedule the next meeting dates. <br />Following discussion, consensus was reached to schedule special meetings to review the <br />Town Center on Tuesday, February 22, 2000, at 7:00 a.m., and Wednesday, March 1, <br />2000, at 7:00 a.m. <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Johnson made a MOTION to adjourn e m ��. at 8:19 p.m., and was supported <br />by Ms. Lane.
