EXIB IT B <br />GUIDELINES FOR USERS OF THE <br />LINO LAKES SENIOR CENTER <br />RESERVATIONS <br />Contact Person: Reservations are made at the discretion of the Senior Center <br />Coordinator. <br />Priority of Use: Inasmuch as the Senior Center is a City -owned building, it is not <br />available for use by for - profit groups or activities. Requests will be prioritized as <br />follows: <br />Senior Center activities <br />Service groups made up of Lino Lakes residents or business owners <br />Other non - profit groups (including churches) <br />Note: Church groups requesting ongoing use of the facility are required to obtain <br />a Conditional Use Permit from the City of Lino Lakes. If city ordinances require <br />permits for other uses, it is the responsibility of the user group to obtain them. <br />FEES <br />Rental Fees: The Senior Center does not charge rental fees. However, donations made <br />be made to the Lino Lakes Senior Center. <br />Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $50.00 may be charged, at the <br />discretion of the Senior Center Coordinator. <br />The deposit will be refunded after the room has been inspected and its condition <br />approved by the Senior Center Coordinator. <br />Any damage to the room or adjoining restrooms will be assessed against the damage <br />deposit. <br />Key Deposit: If a key is required to access the room, a refundable key deposit of $25 <br />may be charged, at the discretion of the Senior Center Coordinator. <br />Keys may be obtained from the Senior Coordinator. <br />In the event a key is not returned, or the building is not properly locked after use, the <br />deposit will be forfeited. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
