• EXHIBIT A DESCRIPTION OF LAND The Land is described as follows: Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 1, Lot 1, Block 2, Outlot A, Outlot B, Outlot C, Apollo Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the following parcels: Lot 2 and that part of Lot 3, Block 1 of the recorded plat of APOLLO BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies southwesterly of a line hereinafter referred to as "Line A ". Said "Line A" is decribed as follows: Commencing at the most westerly comer of said Lot 2; thence northeasterly, along the northwesterly line of said Lots 2 and 3, a distance of 418.92 feet to the point of beginning of said "Line A "; thence southeasterly, at a right angle, to the southeasterly line of said Lot 3 and said "Line A" there terminating.
